We’ve been patiently waiting all winter.  And finally the goats, cows, sheep, and buffalo have begun producing milk again, which means its time to get our first taste of the delightful cheeses of springtime!  And what better to pair alongside than lively, joyful rosé wines? Although they’ve been stigmatized for some time now, rosé wines are often a favorite of the pros. Join us at class this month to jump into the season with our class on both sparkling and dry rosés, and the best springtime cheeses to match.

America vs Europe: Cheese Battle 2011

Valle Padania – A Tour of Northern Italy Through Cheese

September brings the bi-annual Slow Food International Cheese Festival to Bra, Italy.  For those of us stuck stateside, let’s armchair travel through the Northern Italian Countryside by way of the area’s bounty of cheese.  Tasting those from Veneto, Lombardy, Tuscany and the Piedmont regions, we’ll discover the hidden stories and unique flavors of the “Valle Padania.”
